摘要:
粮食在储藏过程中可能会因储存不当被真菌感染,从而被霉菌毒素污染。霉菌毒素对人和动物的生命健康产生了严重的负面影响,并在一定程度上对农业经济造成损失。我国作为粮食生产大国,保证粮食安全关乎未来国家发展,如何确保粮食储藏过程中的安全是科研人员一直在探究的问题。为了满足高效、同时检测多种霉菌毒素的迫切需求,目前已开发出了多种霉菌毒素的检测方法。本文主要介绍了常见的霉菌毒素及其危害、霉菌毒素的传统的检测方法以及当下霉菌毒素检测的新兴技术,对它们的原理、优缺点进行了全面综述,以期为粮食检测提供参考。
